I loved its very amiable and thoughtful employees.
The first 3 star hotel where everything was perfect and clean. The food was savoury with variety of options. My room was a nice size and complete with huge bath up, good WiFi signal plus comfortable beds.

This hotel is situated at the southern edge of a city, close to nature and green areas. You can enjoy hiking and running in beautiful hills and easily access the city center of Nijmegen. Breakfast on the sunny terrace is peaceful and delightful, and the staff is kind and thoughtful. the onsite restaurant is well-reviewed and a bonus to this location.

Told I'd get a room with toilette and bath and even called to confirm, but when I got there they made me pay 10 extra euros for a bath-tub. Ok. The room with the bathtub was nicer, but the bath water wouldn't drain and smelled like rotten egg sewer!!!! I told the front desk about it and they didn't apologize. They made it seem like it was a known issue when talking to each other about it. "Room 22 is clogged again." "Pay the bill." Was their answer to me. The rooms all stink like oil-based lacquer paint too.

We loved the hotel. It was little and had a beautiful location very close to the green area, old center, and central station. - the beds were comfortable. - the room had central heating, TV, and a seating area.

The evening meal was excellent: the dining room was spacious and comfortable and the service very helpful. We almost had the place to ourselves so it was very quiet. Nevertheless, it was all done with great charm and attentiion to detail. The food and cooking was all very high quality. A meal to remember.
The corridors were a little dark and in need of updating - the room was very good and had been updated recently.

The location of the hotel was very pretty; it was surrounded by gardens. It also had a very nice restaurant. In addition, although the hotel is not in the central Nimegen, there is a bus from early in the morning untill midnight from the central city to the hotel.
There was no information pack in the room and I had to ask about everything I wanted.

I liked the proximity to the University in Nijmegen (15 minutes walk). The room was recently renovated so the bathroom was modern and clean. The restaurant was very nice and on the whole my stay was good value for money.
The bed and pillows were old and lumpy. The hotel was being renovated (without warning) and the builders were there before 8am. Luckily I was there for business not pleasure! The staff were not memorable at all (although the restaurant staff were professional) and the breakfast was very plain.
